Change and cancellation policy: Change 4 hours or more before your appointment and your full appointment payment will be credited towards the new appointment; change less than 4 hours before your appointment, or later on the appointment day after it has started, and 50% of your appointment payment will be credited towards the new appointment. This is not a cash refund. Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund; cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are not refundable. After the appointment day has ended, missed appointments cannot be refunded or changed.
